We’ve even published a few easy-to-follow step-by-step guides, including:

  1. How-to: Verify and Address
  2. How-to: Lookup Sales Tax Due
  3. How-to: The most important step: Order Completion

We also have several reference implementations available in our GitHub Repository at https://github.com/taxcloud as well as our old-school machine-generated SOAP documentation at https://api.taxcloud.com.

In addition, a few months ago we deployed a dedicated service-status page at http://status.taxcloud.net which is devoted entirely to providing our developers and platform partners real-time information regarding system status, including planned (and unplanned) service incidents. The status page also supports email subscriptions, so you can get an email the moment there is any service degradation issues, as well as any planned service or system upgrades.

Finally, if you have any questions, please visit our ZenDesk-based Support Center, email us at service@taxcloud.net, or tweet us at @TaxCloudDev.
